Collections Manager is an LHS BSCS extension that interfaces to an existing BSCS application to extract necessary customer historical and payment details and subsequently, to customer touch.

The Scoring Manager evaluates each customer’s credit score by combining a number of variables with defined weightings according to category

The Dunning Manager is entirely configurable depending upon operator policies, and different configurable processes can be applied to multiple customer, different payment modes and minimum outstanding amounts.

As with all Technology Partners BSCS modules, configuration and management of the Collections Manager is performed on-line through the Management Module.  Pre-integration of the solution to BSCS, reduces the integration time frame and enhances return on investment.
