The ability to instantly access a customer’s real-time billing data, as well as being to call up historical interactions goes a long way to reaching this objective.
The Technology Partners BSCS Work Order is a role-based, workflow-oriented system that delivers enhanced levels of service to an operator’s customer base. The Work Order Manager is an LHS extension that interfaces to an existing instance of BSCS to extract necessary customer account information and event history.
The solution provides a customer care interface which displays all the standard account information contained within BSCS plus a complete event history of that customers activities over the duration of the contract history, examples of which are seen below.
In this way a snapshot of the customer can be presented to the CSR at any time, empowering him or her with the information needed to deal with an enquiry in a timely manner. The information view can be completely configurable depending on the CSR’s specific role (e.g. operator, retail outlet, authorized dealer outlet etc.)
As with all Technology Partners BSCS modules, configuration and management of the Collections Manager is performed on-line through the Management Module. Pre-integration of the solution to BSCS, reduces the integration time frame and enhances return on investment.
