Support and Maintenance

Technology Partners is pleased to be able to offer extended maintenance and service plans for all of its solution. These plans typically go way beyond standard manufacturer's warranty on equipment, and have multiple advantages over the standard telephone and online support schemes offered by some manufacturers.

We have standard Gold, Silver and Bronze Plans. Each are tied to specific, clearly defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to deliver the support that complements your in house resources and meets your application requirements. 

Technology Partners Gold Service Plans, for example, include the following:

  • 24 x 7 x 365 unlimited reactive support, service desk, and incident and service delivery management.
  • Gold Service Level Agreement, with guaranteed 2-hour response time to critical (S1) incidents, and 12 hour resolution.
  • Proactive online monitoring, proactive system health checks, and scheduled site visits.

Our Support and Maintenance services are applicable on all of our solutions, including system and software integration. Managed Services are also available for Internet Services, and Technology Partners will be pleased to quote you for complete Network Operations outsourcing services.
