Hours: Hours: 8 hours/day X 5
Job Summary To manage projects and report status and progress to the program manager and be the account manager in the maintenance and support phase.
Education Requirements
  • Any high degree with practical experience in project management
  • Preferred PMP or PRINCE2 certification
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in working as a project manager.
  • Experience in working with projects with value > $1 M
  • Experience in managing public sector projects.
  • Experience in managing projects with solutions from international vendors.
  • Experience in managing programs with correlated projects.
Personal Characteristics
  • Ability to assess problems and comes up with new approaches to solving them.
  • Goals achievement oriented.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with customers and team members.
  • Excellent technical writing skills.
  • Good skills in time management, tasks prioritization and allocation, negotiation, and presentation

Skill and Knowledge Requirements
  1. Defining projects scopes.
  2. Activity planning and sequencing and revising as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
  3. Resource Planning and assigning individual responsibilities.
  4. Developing Schedules (Detailed Projects Plans).
  5. Time Estimation and Control by managing day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
  6. Cost Control by managing the scope and monitor any deviation from the design specifications.
  7. Quality Control by implementing company quality standards before shipping products to the customer.
  8. Managing Conflicts, Risks and Issues by applying contingency plans or avoiding the risk itself.
  9. Managing Documentation by insuring competence and up-to-date status.
  10. Managing Communications between team members and customer
  11. Teams leadership
Job Responsibilities and Tasks
  1. To lead a team of engineers with different specialties (software and hardware)
  2. To implement the master project plan developed by the program manager
  3. To manager the project in the customer site.
  4. To work closely with the program manager to manage the overall program.
  5. To be the voice of the company to the customer.
