du is the second and newest GSM operator in UAE, LHS approached TP to provide integration consultation services to du in order to integrate between a BSCS billing system and a Siebel CRM system.
The scope of work involved Technology Partners working closely as consultants with the Enterprise Application Interface (EAI) team for to familiarise them with the BSCS concepts, appropriate Application Programmable Interface (API) commands for each business case and identify and solve bugs and Design Change Requests (DCR) within the BSCS.
