Project Completion: 2007
AWCC was the first GSM cellular provider to launch in Afghanistan in 2000. In 2006 they upgraded their core IN platform to Siemens IN along with LHS BSCSiX billing, again supplied by Siemens but sourced from LHS. Siemens undertook an evaluation of LHS system integrators in the market place and selected Technology Partners to complete the systems integration.
The scope of work included integration of the billing and customer care systems, migration of subscribers between systems and creating custom functionality related to interfacing with the Siemens IN platform.

TP continues to support AWCC enhancing the functionality of the solution. A recent update to the system was the integration of the Blackberry suite of services to the LHS BSCSiX platform which as now been completed.
